We can integrate it thropugh chat-bots into the Univeristy websites such as Moddle with a couple of lines of Javascript

Kommunicate for a chat bot that could be added to any site

Kommunicate allows integration with DialogFlow and the easy addition of a chat-bot on any website. It also has human hand-off to agent functionality which we think is going to be very useful in the first stages of the project where lots of unanticipated question will be asked.

It has a dashboard that allows easy configuration of the chat-bot. Its also reasonably priced at $10 for each agent. We have found them to be a great company to deal with and have allowed us a trial period to test it out.
